The PLAN

I have long term goals as well as short term goals, without a timeline I fail to stick to anything. I love the feeling of accomplishment when you have a long list of things to achieve and are able to cross them off one by one. And of course, I am a true believer of the reward system, karma, all that jazz. So I'm making sure karma works in my favor when I do well. Let's hash out a plan...

Longterm Goals- things I need to continuously practice every day for the next year.
-Drink a full bottle of water a day
-Eat a fruit a day
-Be on time

Weekly Goals- these are more for fun things, good things I should be doing,or challenges. Practicing it regularly for a year would be more of a burden than an achievement, so they are short term goals - 1 week, end to end.
-be a vegetarian
-don't eat any fried foods
-don't eat any chocolate, ice cream, cakes, sodas
-no alcohol
-detox week, only pure and organic foods, no processed foods
-NO shopping
-Do a good deed, like buy a stranger a cup of coffee...
-Cook all your meals, no dining out.
-$50 budget for the week
-No driving, only use walking, public transport
-finish all my assignments a day early
-go to sleep for 8 hours every day, going to bed and waking up early

Reward
I've found a new passion in life, and it's called brunch. The food is great, the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and destressing. It's the perfect start to a week, and end to a stressful one. So I've decided it gets to become a regular treat in my life. I've organized a list of places to try for great food or atmosphere, all around the Triangle. So I can break outside of CH as well. The awesome thing about this treat is I can do it alone, and I still feel just as happy, or I can bring along a friend to share it with me. But the deal is, in order for me to gain my treat, I have to accomplish my weekly tasks which start on Sundays and end Sunday just in time for brunch, or an early Monday morning breakfast. This will also force me to get a positive head start on my week by waking up early and having a good first breakfast. If I don't follow through on my task, then I will have to double up the next week, and so on, until I do meet my goal. Then I get the treat...
